Ongoing engagement

Continuity across priorities, teams and suppliers.

Senior strategic and delivery support for businesses that need continuity across priorities, teams and suppliers.

Buyer problemThe situation this is built for

Strategy is settled, the operating model is in place, the launch has landed. What remains is the ordinary difficulty of keeping direction, coordination and improvement going across a year of competing priorities, changing teams and several suppliers.

Continuous provides a senior point of reference that does not require building a permanent function before the business needs one.

Suitable situationsWhen it applies

  • After a flagship engagement, to protect what was built while the team absorbs it.
  • A leadership team without a senior marketing or delivery lead in house.
  • A business running several suppliers that needs a single, informed coordinator.
  • A function that wants a regular, external review of priorities and workflow.

Scope and deliverablesWhat the engagement covers

  • Brand and growth direction.
  • Marketing operations oversight.
  • Launch planning.
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Leadership reporting.
  • Continuous workflow improvement.

Expected outputsWhat the business receives

  • An agreed scope of responsibilities for each period, with the items INOKULUM owns, advises on and reviews.
  • A fixed meeting cadence and a defined monthly capacity.
  • A leadership report at each review point: progress, decisions needed, risks and the next period's plan.
  • Documented improvements to workflow and procedure as they are made.

Client inputsWhat the engagement needs from the business

  • A sponsor in the leadership team and a single point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
  • Access to the plans, suppliers and tools in scope.
  • A quarterly review of scope so the engagement follows the business rather than the calendar.

Measurement approachHow the work is judged

Each period has its own agreed deliverables and measures. Progress is reported against them, in writing, at every review point.

Engagement boundariesWhat is inside, what is coordinated, what is separate

Responsibilities, cadence, capacity and deliverables are defined for each engagement period. Continuous does not provide unlimited access, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Specialist implementation remains with specialists. Continuous coordinates and reviews it.

Either party can adjust scope at the quarterly review, with notice periods agreed in the engagement terms.

Relevant evidenceHow evidence is presented

Relevant career examples are shared in conversation, with the organisation through which the work was delivered named and the lead practitioner's contribution stated. Engagements commissioned through INOKULUM are documented as they complete, with the client's consent. No case studies, testimonials or client names are published without that attribution.

What needs to move?

A repositioning, a marketing function, a launch, a stalled initiative. Describe it in a few lines. A reply follows within two working days, with a short call to establish fit before anything is proposed.

Add detail optional

Enquiries are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a form-relay service.

What happens nextWithin two working days

A conversation, not a pitch.

A short call to understand the decision in front of the business and when it needs to be made. If a defined engagement is the right next step, a written proposal follows with scope, inputs, outputs and boundaries. If it is not, that is said plainly.
